These terms apply when you use our website and buy from Garden of Eden. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Adults only
Our products are for adults. You must be 18 or over to use this website or buy from us. We do not sell to anyone under 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We may cancel any order, and refuse to deal with anyone, if we believe this is not the case.
Our products
We take care to describe and show our products accurately, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from the images on screen. Products are sold for personal use by adults only.
Using products safely
- Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions that come with each product.
- Clean products before and after each use, as the instructions describe.
- Check that any lubricant you use is suitable for the material of your product.
- Stop using a product if it causes pain or discomfort, and speak to a medical professional if you are concerned.
- Bondage and restraint products must only be used with the full consent of everyone involved. Never leave a restrained person unattended.
Prices and orders
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Your order is accepted when we send it, and a confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
Payment
You pay for your order at checkout using the payment methods shown there. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers, and we do not see or store your full card details.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our delivery page and returns by our returns page. Both form part of these terms.
International orders
We deliver to the countries listed on our delivery page. If you order from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees, and for checking that you are allowed to import and own the products in your country. We cannot be responsible for parcels held, seized or returned by customs or local authorities because of local laws. We may decline or cancel an order to any destination where we believe delivery would be unlawful.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please make sure the details you give us are accurate.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Garden of Eden or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, or for losses to any business use of our products, as they are sold for personal use only.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you may also have rights under the laws of your own country.
